Ipv4 Xbox One Connection

If you're having connection issues and your connection is wireless, you should first try a wired connection if you're able. Connect an ethernet cable from your modem/router to your console, and the connection will be set up automatically by the console.
If a wired connection isn't working out for you or is not an option, we can move on to more troubleshooting that may help you out. Before we start troubleshooting your connection issue, let's get a little more insight about where things may be going wrong. To do this, you'll want to use the Test Network Connection feature on the Xbox One. If the test returns a specific error message, head to Xbox's Network Connection Error page, and follow along with the recommended troubleshooting from Xbox Support.
From the Xbox One Dashboard:
1. Navigate to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test multiplayer connection.
Let's move on to knocking out the basics. Turn off your Xbox One. Now, locate your router and/or modem, unplug it for about 30 seconds, and plug it back in. This will reset your internet and possibly resolve any hiccups that may be originating with your network hardware. Turn your console back on, and see if you experience the same issue.
Next, we'll change a couple of simple settings on the Xbox One itself. The first of these changes is to the DNS settings. DNS stands for Domain Network Server and is pretty much a phonebook for the internet. If the connection you need to make isn't in the current 'phonebook' you have, you might consider switching to another. Trying out a third party DNS such as Google's or Open DNS' can help determine if maybe your internet service provider's (ISP) DNS isn't inclusive enough to accommodate the connection you need.
From the Xbox Dashboard:
1. Navigate to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual.
2. Set Primary IPv4 DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
3. Set Secondary IPv4 DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
Note: If the above DNS settings do not resolve the problem, please try the following OpenDNS provided IP addresses instead.
Primary IPv4 DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Secondary IPv4 DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
At this point, I'd suggest forwarding a few ports to see if you can establish a better connection. On the surface, port forwarding can seem complicated and involved, but the concept is actually pretty easy to grasp. Think of a crowded hallway divided by a line of doors, where your router and our servers are the two parts of the hallway, and the ports are the doors. If only a couple of those doors are open, the flow of traffic is going to be slow and inefficient. However, if you open more doors, the efficiency and flow of traffic increases.
While port forwarding is easy to do, it does take a bit of text to explain, so I'd recommend visiting and following along with our port forwarding article.
Here are the ports you'll need to open:
Xbox Live Required Ports
UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500
TCP: 53, 80, 3074
You can search our support site for the game's connectivity FAQ to learn what ports the game requires to be open for its online features to work.
